Today’s dinner

Today's dinner was "youfu nikomi udon". I don't know what I say that in English.
Udon is Japanese noodle made by flour. And ingredients of soup were garlic, tomatoes, pumpkins, green pepper, carrot and pork. Seasoning were consommé and soy sauce.

It was my original menu and was very nice.
