My Macbook pro renewal
I bought A new Macbook Pro 2016 w/ touchbar 13" last month. But its display was broken. Gritchy and Brinking. like following. Rebooting OS, Re-install OS, didn't work at all. So, I went to apple store Ginza to change to new one or to repair, but I got nothing. They say they could do nothing because their support service for new MBP 2016 was not started. I was angry at this answer but I could get nothing from there. So, I called apple support and negotiated to change with new one. At first, the staff who talked with me, they cannot change, they would repair it. But I didn't agree with that, and finally I got. I got my normal PC life, too.
